I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. The office was easy enough to find. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
