It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job.
