. THE MAJOR PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS OFFICE IS THAT EITHER THEY LET THE PHONE RING UNTIL IT GOES BUSY OR THEY TAKE IT OFF THE HOOK! THEIR PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND THE TAKE FOREVER TO RETURN CALLS IF YOU'RE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away.
