Although the dental part of the practice was just ok (After a procedure I had to wait days before what was done could be fixed so I could close my jaw to eat properly... I was still numb when I left and couldn't tell until hours later that there was a problem so I was told I'd have to get fit into the schedule again.) the billing is still horrendous. It has been at least 5 months that I've been charged for what insurance already paid. I called months ago with details from insurance as to when the check cleared and for how much was covered. I also informed them that insurance would be happy to confirm it with them if they could call. I just received another bill today again without the insurance money accounted for on it! I wonder if they are overcharging other customers for insurance procedures already paid for and not entered into the system.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
