Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
