The staff behind the counter were very disorganized and unfriendly. They didn't seem to want to be bothered by the customer. It seemed to be a very big inconvenience to answer any questions, and the answers were vague and short. The dentist did the work professionally, but didn't answer any questions or give me a choice of treatment. After second and third opinions, I realized they were looking out solely for their bottom line and not what was best for me. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I really liked going to Dr. Fried when he had his own office. Since moving to American Dental Care I have had nothing but cancellations of not only my appointments, but those of my other family members. After being cancelled for the same appointment 3 times, I'm moving on thanks to new dental insurance. This is a large dental office that doesn't seem to care about the patient at all. Would not recommend this office to anyone in the future.
