I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
