One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I do not appreciate this place very much, they told me they take my insurance and told me which stuff they use that would be covered by my insurance., then next thing you know i'm getting billed over 1200.00 for pretty much everything MY INSURANCE WOULD NOT COVER, and there was nothing I can do about it.. I am highly disappointed in this place and WILL not be coming back.

Their staff is very accommodating and helpful. They always try to help schedule an appointment through some difficult situations. They always seem to care about the needs of their customers first, regardless of the situation. They are willing to work with each patient to get the best care that they can provide. Dr. Yelk is who I see and he is great. The other Doctors are equally competent and happily help when Dr. Yelk isn't available. This is a dental office, not a day spa, if you need dental work done this is a good place to go. If you want pampered, analysed, and an ego massaged, it would be recommended to go somewhere else.

I have never been more dissatisfied with any place of business in my adult life. The front office is rude, one woman in particular would snatch my chart from me, throw appointment cards at me. They asked me if I would approve sealants on my son while he was getting them done and guess what? They were not covered by my insurance! I owed them over $300! Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It's sad, even though I really liked the important people (dentist, hygienist, etc) I will NEVER go back and tell everyone I know about how awful the front is. I really wish I would have read these reviews first before choosing a dentist because I would not have gone there! I guess the only good thing is that it's nice to know it wasn't just me.
