Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I feel like an old friend when I visit Hiebert Smith Dental Group, from the front office, to the hygienists, to the dental assistants and the dentists themselves. I am alway seen promptly at my appointment time and have grown to expect the very best treatment from everyone. I also have tremendous confidence in their skill and knowledge of dentistry.

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Definitely not. It was way too cold

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
