They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know!

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

My appointment started on time. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. Their office was gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. By far the worst dentist i ever seen. I came in due to pain in one of my wisdom teeth pulled, all i wanted was stronger medication due to the pain i was having. They then took me into a room and started cutting/removing my blood clot. I know for a fact i did not have dry socket, the doctor was very rude. If i were you i would definitely rethink before you go to AFFORDABLE DENTAL in Albany, OR.

I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information.
