No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
