They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
