There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
