They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The did filling my cavities and after that my tooth was very pain and they refuse to take care of me and even the dentist did not want to talk to me. My two kids had teeth cavities filling and after that the teeth got infective and finally three teeth had to extracted. Finally they lost their teeth. Bay dental is the worst dental practice I ever had in my life.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and somewhat professional. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. I wll go back for cleanings for the time being.
