I am 66 and have had many dentists thus far in my lifetime. No one comes even close to the standard of quality and caring that I have received from Dr. Carpentieri. He treats his patients like a family. His knowledge is astounding, and the others (Karen, for example) are equally up-to-date in their training. He is ahead of the curve. Two other important points: first, Dr. C. tries to prevent problems, and second, he never pushes unnecessary treatment for his fiscal benefit. He is honorable, superbly trained, kind and compassionate, and a joy to know. He rates #1 ~at the top of my personal list of all dentists and doctors!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home?
Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment?
Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office?
Yes
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
