All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
