Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I have been seeing doctor Loeser for aprox 8 yrs with all my family and friends. He is great dentist and does great work. Reading the last review, made me mad. Dont write bad reviews due to insurnace copays. Are doctors responsible for insurnace companies games. If you owe money pay the doctor. He also has to make a living and pay his staff and put food on the table for family. I guess Im upset, becasue Dr. Loeser does Allot of charity work for our local area. So dont bad mouth my dentist, because he keeps my mouth and most of mouths in Thornwood healthy and happy.

Dr. Scott Loeser made a filling for me claiming my insurance would pay 50%/50% several months later insurance denies the claim and you stuck with the other half of your bill. Paying full price. Now i wasnt going to write a bad review thinking this is an isolated incident and there is no problem with the filling, until i spoken to several other people from around town on different insurances that faced the same thing. Sounds like a scam to me, so BEWARE.
