Dr. Lang is an experienced dentist who only does work that is ne essary. He is reasonable, accepts insuance and allows the insurance company to be billed first. You rarely wait more than a few minutes, and procedures are generally painless. I'd highly reccommend him.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, but I was able to read a magazine
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I waited forever for my appointment!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
