They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry.

I am mostly concerned about the general hygiene procedures.
I am not sure if they change the water glass after each patient, they don't offer tissue paper, treated water with fluoride etc.
There are a lot of patients complaining about their crowns falling off, lots of noise, too many patients at one time, everything is done in rush.
They have old equipment I don't think they are using the latest dental materials and technology.
I could not find any of the dentists educational institutions background and previous experience

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
