I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

They were able to schedule my family as new patients right away. Once there, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with the paperwork. Due to multiple insurances, they gave me no hassles as to what I needed to pay and sent everything in to the insurance companies to figure out what co-pays and patient responsibilty would actually be mine. They were incredible with my son and what type of treatment he needed or didn't need so we didn't get hit with any unnecessary charges.
