Dr. Richard M. Kaufman was absolutely fabulous. He did an extraordinary job and handled my tooth ache with kids gloves. He was attentive, comforting, warm, friendly, extremely competent, and totally pain free. . . a real gentleman. He seemed so thrilled to seem in his chair, that even if he didnt care about me or my children, you'd never know. It was the best experience I had with a dentist. The only drawback was the snooty and rude receptionists. There were two-one was very curt and rude toward me and one practically bit my head off when I asked if I could take a magazine home. In any event, I didnt go to be well received by the nurses/secretaries, I went for top notch dentistry and I GOT IT. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist!!!!!!!
