I started going here about a year ago and I will not be going back. I first went for a basic check up which was fine -- I was satisfied with the level of service. Then it was recommended that I schedule an appointment with the periodontist which I did and I was told that I should have a soft tissue graft because of a receding gumline on one of my teeth. The claim was submitted to my insurance, it was approved and my insurance would cover a portion on the procedure. I went to schedule an appointment and found out that my claim had been resubmitted with incomplete information and therefore my insurance would not cover the procedure (an error on the part of their billing department). I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist who directed me to Joana from the billing department. I explained my situation and she said she would look into and call me back. I never received a call back, and after calling for four days multiple times and receiving the same response from her, I called the receptionist to make an appointment and informed her that I was receiving no response from Joana. After this, Joana finally called me back and told me the issue was corrected and resubmitted to my insurnace. It is now two days before my appointment and it turns out the claim was never submitted. At this point, I cancelled my appointment and will be going to another dentist. Don't waste your time/money on this place!!
