I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They were average

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
