Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
