Here's the thing. When I get an appointment, the quality of care is top-notch, the doctors and nurses are friendly and helpful, and they're good at getting the jitters out. The office staff is generally nice and polite.

However, to get an appointment you must first get them on the phone. Good. Luck.

Every single time I've called in here - EVERY TIME - with the exception of when I've called just as they open, I have been placed on hold for upward of 10 minutes. The most recent time I called I was on hold for twenty before I gave up and hung up. I called back a little later, and was placed on hold for another 15 before I gave up again. With all due respect, if your office is so busy that you're unable to manage your phone volume, you need to start hiring more receptionists/assistants. That anyone should be on hold for longer than 3-5 minutes is completely unprofessional given the size of your staff. That the phone generally rings more than 6 times before anyone can be bothered to answer it really just adds fuel to this fire.

Everything else is wonderful, but please get it together with the phones.

Yesterday I had a cleaning scheduled for 6:45 PM. I arrived at 6:30, and was not even put into a chair until 7:15. TWO individuals with appointments after mine were already being cleaned by the time I was XRayed. After the Xray, I waited another 15 minutes for the dentist to come and check my teeth. After that useless process, I was sent back to the waiting room until 8:15, when I was told it would be at LEAST another 45 minutes before they could even begin my cleaning. They asked me to reschedule but I doubt I will be returning. I cannot believe they were so behind and could not think to call me that day to reschedule, or even tell me when I arrived that they were behind. You wasted hours of my life for absolutely no reason.

They were exactly what I'd expect from a dentist. Their office was busy, and their staff seemed to know what they were doing. They all had a good bedside manner.
