Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The office was easy enough to find. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. the dentists are very very good but no one never answer the phone even if i keep trying all day,they need to fix that.
