After several years of dealing with the complications of a full lower denture, I am extremely happy I chose Dr. Zaidi. A team of skilled and caring professionals and a lab technician all worked together to help me achieve a most favorable outcome. It may sound cliche- but my quality of life has really improved. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was not comfortable in their offices.
