Dr. Duca is worst excuse to the profession I have ever met. His staff is nasty, rude and incompetent. I would NEVER ever go there again, I would NEVER ever recommend him to anyone. I think he needs to have his licnece revoked immediately. Not only was his work a complete disaster that has lasted for months but the way he treated me and his staff is sickning. He is truly a disgrace to dentistry.

First of all, I had to wait over an hour to get seen. Once I was in the chair, he told me I needed fillings, and I wasn't given the option of the older metallic fillings (so I was charged out of pocket due to my insurance only covering metallic, I discovered this upon payment)
Anyway, after being injected with the anesthetic he left the room, and for about 10 minutes all I could hear was Duca flirting with is his female staff members. By the time he arrived back, I told him most of the anesthetic had worn off, but did he pay any attention to this - no. I felt nearly all of deeper drilling. To make matters worse his new intern was given control of the filling process and she couldn't even keep the laser steady, bumping into my face several times. A year later, I am writing this in pain (pain from the teeth he filled), and seeking a new dentist. Do yourself a favor and don't use this guy.

The guy above must never have been to other dentist offices where the place is too big and you are treated like a slab of dead flounder. Dr. Duca is the most sociable guy you'll ever meet - loves to talk your ear off! It's difficult to laugh with one of those plastic hoses in your opened mouth. Staff is very laid back and personable in this small office. No problems whatsoever with procedures done, or billing.

Terrible! Does no check insurance benefits before doing work. Does not speak to patients by phone. Charges for patient records $<url removed> Staff rude!
