I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I asked the periodontist a question, he'd refer me to the office staff to provide info on my treatment plan. It was very frustrating. The office staff cancelled 2 appointments on the day of the appointments, 1 appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before the scheduled time. I was given differing reasons for the cancellations by the staff and the office manager. The office manager is very rude to the patients and the staff. I live about 3 blocks from the Absecon office but I now go to Egg Harbor Family Dental and am treated great. The staff and doctors are very professional and courteous. I also have not had any appointments cancelled at EHFD.

They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
