I asked before hand several times what my cost would be after my whole family received their care. The front office lady was very specific and several times told me that there would be no extra fees. I received a $900 bill several months later and when I called to have her correct it she said we have never had any conversations about money. She then brought the bill down to about $450, if there wasn't any conversations before then why bring the bill down by half?? she told me she owned the place and that there was noone else to speak to. I will NEVER bring any of my family back to this place again!

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished.

Staff is super friendly. Some of the staff parties getting high on weekends (fact). Saw one of the girls at my friends party doing a bong.
