They could work on improving their level of customer service here. Dr. Neal and his assistants are wonderful. The office manager was curt on more than one occasion. Their rates are reasonable compared to other dentists; however, they don't work as well with insurance as some offices do. In most cases, if the insurance covers something at "100%" such as regular check ups, the dentist accepts the payment and writes off the rest. Dr. Neal's office insists on being paid the full amount of their charges instead of U&C. If insurance says a service is covered at 80 percent, most dentists will take 20% from the patient and accept whatever insurance pays. Dr. Neal's office will insist on being paid any balance over the insurance company's U&C.

I think Dr Neal and the office staff are great. They very much care for their patients and have a long-standing and good reputation in Madison. They are all wonderful and look forward to seeing them again. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Neal and God Bless.

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

DR NEAL & staff are great!!!
i hadnt went to a dentist in over 10 years because the last one in madiosn ,nc dr walker almost killed me !
even cleanings were awful & painful!
but i went to see dr neal because i was having bad tooth pains & he never even hurt when he numbed my mouth/gums!
i was AMAZED !!!!
dr neal is nice, friendly, explains everything so good & he even calls to check on each patient later at home!
now iam no longer afraid to go to the dentist!
so far he has filled 4 teeth for me & soon will do a crown.
iam 100% happy & elated!
i like him so much i want to buy him a gift or send a card on top of paying the office fees!
this is how comfortable & painless he has made seeing a dentist!!!
i hope everyone will go see him!!
he is the best!
i guess iam so grateful because i never knew going to the dentist could be pain free!!!
