Ballinger family dental is HORRIBLE! They told me I needed fillings when I actually didn't!!! I went in to get serviced and they had me waiting for over an hour...and this was after they quickly toke my copay. I told them I wanted my money back and that I had NEVER had to wait that long at any dentist office! They evenually mailed me back my payment with no apologizes and it was only after I went to another dentist that I discovered I didn't even have any cavities that needed fillings! They were just gonna do whatever to my teeth and charge me for it. These people are a rip off!!!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their Dentist and Hygienist was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there . I feel like I had to finish my appointment because I had already paid. My questions were answered in a rude manner and they made me feel like I was forcing them to work, I felt worse when I left. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back but ask for a different Dentist and Hygienist. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I paid over $$100.00 for my visit plus the amount my insurance paid, they did not give me anything for free. The receptionists were the only good thing about this visit.
