I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.

I went to see Dr. Fryar because I am friends of an employee there. My initial visit went fine. I take care of my teeth and don't usually have any problems. They took some xrays, cleaned my teeth and Dr. Fryar was in and out in a few minutes. I didn't get the extensive exam I got at my previous dentists office but didn't really think much of it at the time. When I returned for my 6 month check up it was a different story. The hygienist cleaned my teeth but when Dr. Fryar come in for the exam he was very rude to the hygienist. I was suprised at the way he spoke to her and one of the other girls that was there. He very quickly looked in my mouth but did not even pick up the little tool the poke around with. The worst part of the appoint came when one of the other girls brought in a mold of someones else's mouth for him to look at. He picked it up with the same gloved hands he had in my mouth and them handed it back to the girl and tried to look at me again. I quickly sat up before he could put the dirty gloves back in my mouth and have not been back since. I don't know if the mod had been cleaned or not but it left a bad impression on me anyway.

Dr Fryer was not my normal dentist. He did a repair on some work I had done previously. When I received the bill, there was an error. I had been charged more than double and the bill stated that I had work done on a different tooth. I called and made an appoinment to come in so that they could verify the mistake and I could take care of my bill. Instead, Dr, Fryer started yelling at me and told me that I did have work on another tooth and they wanted to xray me to prove to me which tooth I had worked on. I was shocked. After doing a visual of my tooth and saw that I was telling the truth, he got irate, adjusted my bill to 0.00 and told me to find another dentist. All of this was so uncalled for. I was willing to pay my bill for the work that was done and was prepared to do so. Why couldn't he just have said there was a billing error and let me pay. Why would he try to convince someone they had work done on another tooth? What Am I, and idiot? I know what was done. It's my mouth. Anyway, instead of getting paid, he got to act like a jerk for the day. I would not reccommend this dentist, however my regular dentist at this office, Dr. Burr, is great. I have and will reccomentd him again. Just don't get Dr. Fryer.
