One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. great service,knowledgeable staff. took me right away without an appt.
