I was so nervous about being put under anesthesia and having all wisdom teeth removed. After visiting another facility for a consultation and speaking with another over the phone, I was happy to find this place. Entire staff is professional and Dr. Roberts answered all of my questions, explained the procedure, and I did not feel rushed. The procedure went fine. I'm so glad I went here and I will recommend them to anyone.

I think the doctor was professional, a little hard to understand, though. He was a full hour behind schedule. Since you can't eat or drink before the procedure, it made my husband more uneasy to wait 16 hours, since it was an afternoon procedure. The staff was not helpful. I asked to call in the prescriptions, since my husband would be in pain when leaving their office. They said, "No because it takes the same amount of time to drop off the prescription than it does if we call it in." I thought about persisting, but I reconsidered because they (all four employees) were chatting, gossiping, all not busy and would have made another excuse. Overall, if the doctor hired new staff, I'd recommend him in the future.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was slightley friendly but , I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The doctor was very nice and helpful, but the staff was very rude and gossiping the whole time about other employee's and a girl that was interviewed while I was there. Some of the staff made snide and rude comments while I was on gas and I guess they didn't think I could still comprehend what they were saying. The doctor was very professional, however; if he wants to continue growing his business I would recommend re-staffing. I would not recommend them to anyone else. On a second note the dental chairs were dirty and old.
