As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
