They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
