The care providers that we saw were both great. However, I received bills for missed appts despite the fact that I called the office in advance to cancel. When I called to discuss the bill, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. What?! I would be very careful if you ever need to cancel and definitely get some kind of proof, because apparently they don't believe you when you speak to them. I am still waiting to hear from someone about removing these charges. If it is not resolved, I will find a different care provider.
