They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
