I’d like to know who answers their phones. Wow, what an angry, bitter sounding woman. Asked if they were currently accepting new patients (this after immediately being put on hold), was told in a rude, angry voice, “uhhhh, yes.” I then asked what I needed to do to have someone evaluate my crown. With no questions asked about my situation, her response was a clipped and rude, “uh, schedule an appointment.” Really? REALLY?! I said thanks and immediately hung up. I won’t be wasting my time! Thanks, lady. As someone new in town and in search of where to go and take my family, you ruined it for Anchor Bay Dental...I’ll tell our pediatrician that referred us a few doors down (same building) that you are an unfriendly practice and obviously don’t care who is answering your calls. When reception is the first gate to your practice, they should be top notch. The lady clearly forgot to take her meds.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
