I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.Dr. Pelavin listens to the patient which is so important.I feel very fortunate that another physician refered me to him and spoke highly of him as a very good dr. I am so glad that he has taken me on as his patient.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
