Martha Gray has a mostly repugnant personality. She is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional! There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
