I was told and reminded to be there early for my 2pm appt. I complied. By 2:50 I got tired of waiting without an update from the staff. I asked others waiting if this was normal. They said , "to expect at least 2 hours." I said it is unacceptable. I asked the staff for an approx. time. She said I was next. I was called in at 3:00. After waiting 20 minutes in the exam room I proceeded through the door. I almost bumped into Dr. O'Donnell. I told him I was getting ready to leave. He responded, "Oh, you can leave. I am busy." So, I did. I will not return. Ever. You shouldn't either.
