They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

I took my 6 year old and was recommended tons or work. I had to prepay a portion of the work and an 'accounting' would be paid if my insurance overpaid. Ofcourse this never happened. After repeated efforts to contact them, I have seriously considered suing them. Then when I took my son to the next dentist they were amazed so much work was done that was totally not necessary. The even mentioned it appeared the dentist had done work that was shoddy and uncalled for. Never go here. It is a money making machine.
