They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

Dr. Tujjar is the best dentist I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and ensures that his patients understand all aspects of their treatment. He is patient, gentle, and always puts his customers first. He treats his staff with respect, and that respect encourages them to treat patients with kindness and professionalism because they genuinely enjoy their work environment. As a dental professional, I am very particular about who I choose to provide my dental care. I not only looked to Dr. Tujjar and his staff for my routine dental needs, but encouraged my family to see Dr. Tujjar as well. They all had very positive experiences as well. If you are looking for a dentist who truly listens to you and does everything in his power to make you comfortable and satisfied with your dental treatment, please choose Chesapeake Smiles.

Best dentist I've ever been to. I needed a LOT of dental work, and I'm now one visit away from having it all completed! Dr. T is awesome. He's soft spoken, funny, and speaks to you like you're human. He takes the time to make sure you understand what's happening. Another thing I really appreciate is that he always has Heather (who is the financial guru of the office, and is awesome) go over everything financial BEFORE he does anything with your teeth. There are no surprises. Candice, one of his assistants, is SUPER sweet. She's so friendly, and really helps put you at ease while everything is going on. The office is always clean, and smells pleasant. I REALLY like this dentist and his staff, and am so glad to have found them after years of going to dentists that frightened me, and then putting off dental work I knew I needed done. Highly recommended!

They did not rush my teeth cleaning. They went above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. The doctor is very respected by his staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The pricing is fair. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. BOTH CHILDREN SAW THE DENTIST AND WENT THROUGH THEIR PROCEDURES WITHOUT A FIT!!! - this is a first.
