It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
