Dr. OK but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Long waits to get appointment, even existing patients, and staff rude rude rude! And they're not above lying--like telling me they called when they didn't!!!

My only complaint is the phone service. I called to cancel an appointment 3 weeks ago and asked for a return call to reschedule to date no one has contacted me. I am currently on the hold line, I have been cut off 3 times, for a total minutes used 20 and being told there is one call ahead of mine. I was not provided a reminder call of my original appt which I feel is unprofessional. I am still holding! I hope that the dentist are reading these reviews and take care of this problem!

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need.

This is terrible you all really need to get it together with this telephone stuff. You can't get anyone on the line. I have been calling since 7:00 this morning and to no avail. The operator is truly not an operator it is a cancellation line. I really cant believe this crap
