I went to Dr. Silberman to have a tooth extracted and to get a dental implant on January 4, 2012. I was a nervous wreck. I have never had a tooth pulled and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Silberman put my mind at ease and told me everything will be just fine!! So I trusted him. And he was soooo right!! Not only did I not feel ANY pain, but the procedure itself went so smooth that I left with a smile on my face. The first stage of my implant went just fine. I was back to work the next day with no pain at all. His knowledge is incredible. I would have this procedure done ten times over if need be. As long as it's with Dr. Silberman!!

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I went to Dr. Silberman last week to have 4 front teeth removed. He is replacing a 40 yr. old bridge and the gums were swollen and infected.This process will take one year as I am having bone graphing done and 3 dental implants. It takes that long for each implant to heal. I went in there terrified, I have never had a tooth pulled while being awake. I was assured I would not feel any pain with just the novocain and laughing gas. I also had on headphones to drown out any noise. Well, I actually laughed thru the whole procedure, didn't even realize he had already taken out the 4 teeth. I would recommend him to anyone, a very positive experience and am glad I decided on him to do this extensive work. Everyone in the office has been great also!!
