Not at all. They discouraged negative behaviors and suggested helpful solutions

Dr. Bahnassi is very good. I have been to other psychiatrists, and was wary of BHS because they seemed so busy. There's a good reason Dr. Bahnassi is busy, and despite his schedule, he is (or at least seems to be) completely present during our appointments, and obviously keeps updated on the field. The office staff is really friendly and helpful, and seem to keep things running efficiently so that I can get in on time, which is huge.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
