They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

The staff always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The dentist is the most thorough dentist I have ever been to. He listens and is gentle. My husband had a problem on labor day weekend. I left a message. Dr Wickland returned my call within the hour and dealt with the problem.

The waiting room is pleasant with comfortable chairs and lots of reading materials and relaxing background music. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule

I would highly recommend Dr Wickland.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
